Clean rooms with fantastic mountain views. The breakfast could use more variety. Loved the live music by the fire pit at night.

Comfortable room, comfortable shower with amazing water pressure and a beautiful view of the mountains that made my stay truly enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Comfortable rooms with great views. Only one lounger by the pool, and the breakfast could use more variety. Enjoyed live music by the firepit.

Exceptional staff. Friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectations. Comfortable beds and magnificent mountain views. the bathroom is poorly designed. Limited space creates challenges, especially for those with mobility issues. I faced difficulties maneuvering in the tiny area. Pillows could use improvement; they felt somewhat lumpy. Inconvenient that the pool was unavailable, though the hot tub provided some relief. Disappointment lingered when my friend’s glasses were not returned after check-out. Communication on room changes felt lacking, especially with no follow-up compensation. Would I return? Yes. The positives outweigh the negatives, but there is room for improvement.

Great location and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was slow and no outside seating.

Stunning mountain views and a friendly staff made for a wonderful atmosphere. Jeremy at the front desk was incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations. The comfortable room had a fun color-changing showerhead, though the floors could've used a good mop. Breakfast was a mixed bag; convenience over quality showed in the prepackaged offerings. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub didn’t get much use due to a lack of hot water. While the location was perfect, it felt a bit cramped for families. Little quirks aside, it’s a place I’d visit again for the staff and scenery!

Smart choice for a short stay in Estes Park, best value for money. The staff was very nice.

The room was clean and quite comfortable, with exceptionally cozy beds. The heater operated quietly, and the shower provided hot water consistently. A good-sized fridge, microwave, and coffee pot made it convenient for snacks and drinks. there was a shortage of seating; only one chair for a four-person room was cramped. The pipes were loud, especially when neighbors used their bathrooms. A spilled liquid in the drawer led to stained clothes, which was disappointing.

Room was clean and cozy, perfect for some quality time. Staff was friendly and helped with our reservations at a nearby restaurant.
It wasn’t the cheapest option but the experience made it worth it.

The view from my room stole the show. I loved having a Keurig in the room, and the outdoor hot tub was pure bliss.
Breakfast was just OK; those biscuits could use a second chance.

The family-friendly atmosphere is unbeatable. The memories made here are priceless. From thrilling skiing to delightful local eateries, there's fun for all!
For dads, it would be great if more outdoor family games were available.

We absolutely loved our stay being just a quick 3-minute walk to the famous Stanley Hotel and only a short stroll from Downtown Estes Park where we discovered lovely shops and local attractions, plus the mountain views around us were breathtaking; the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable with clean and comfortable rooms and a yummy breakfast bar, but the bed could've used a flatter pillow for better comfort.

I couldn't believe how cramped the bathroom was; it was like trying to shower in a phone booth! I nearly slipped getting in and out. The whole experience was frustrating and definitely not what I expected for the price.

The room was super clean and had an amazing view of the elk right from my window! Loved the cool LED lights in the showerhead and the see-through gas fireplace - such cozy vibes. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; shoutout to the cleaning lady for her kind assistance!

What a great stay we had! The location was spot on, with beautiful views of the mountains from my room. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, featuring eggs and biscuits, not just the usual bagels. I also appreciated the clean room with a Keurig machine, and being able to let fresh air in through the windows, thanks to the screens.
On the downside, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which was a bit frustrating. The air conditioner didn't seem to work properly, and I had trouble streaming shows from my phone to the TV.

The hot tub in the room was a real treat after ringing in the New Year. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, including hot eggs and waffles. The hotel's location provided stunning views and easy access to activities in the area.
The room furnishings felt a bit outdated but were still comfortable. The frequent deactivation of room keys was an inconvenience, especially with no overnight staff available for assistance.

The room was cozy and clean, with amazing views of the mountains. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. there were a few things that could be improved. The first room we were given had a musty smell, and the balcony area seemed to have some lingering smoke odor. It would have been nice to have a designated smoking area away from the rooms for non-smokers like us. the breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other places we've stayed. The eggs were cold, coffee was bitter, and the prepackaged items left something to be desired. The location was convenient, the staff was accommodating, and the room was comfortable.

We hit up some sick skiing and snowboarding at the park nearby, then had a blast exploring the town for dope photo ops and ATV tours! It was lit!
More happening night vibes would've been the cherry on top for us young party animals! .

The area offers varied activities and breathtaking views. Breakfast was served at my door.
Who needs proper conditioner anyway when you can use body lotion in the shower? .

we had a great time at Blue Door Inn. the log cabin theme and newly remodeled bathrooms made the stay clean and comfortable after a long day of hiking. the beds were very comfortable and we felt safe. the location is fantastic, near the Stanley Hotel and Rocky Mountain National Park, with easy access to gas stations and restaurants. the pool, firepit, and hot tub were awesome, and the staff, especially Julie, were very inviting.

We had an amazing time staying at this budget-friendly inn near Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to the park and downtown. it was a fantastic experience for the value.
A negative interaction with one of the co-owners, John. He was unprofessional and rude during check-in, which affected our overall vacation experience.

I chose Blue Door Inn for its convenient location near the Estes Park Aerial Tramway, which I was eager to visit. Yet, the friendly lobby staff pleasantly surprised me with their warmth and helpfulness. The presence of 2 breweries, a winery, and a distillery with an excellent selection of libations added to the appeal of the area, along with the wide range of dining options and the hotel's seasonal outdoor pool, basketball court, and barbecue facilities.
Open room bathroom sink.
